Garden Plans

Aside from a waterfall and a tree with a cute little swing, I really don't know what to put in the huge garden area yet. I think in the little greenhouse I'll have veggies, and outside I want a patch of wildflowers :) Some little mushrooms in a cluster around the base of the tree would be cute. I'm going to start collecting little flat stones to make pathway with, too. Any ideas? :)

My Very First Miniature Project

Today my step dad helped me plan out the base and walls for my first ever miniature project, a little fairy cottage :) On Monday he's going to start cutting the pieces, so I'll post pictures then. I'm so excited. Ever since I was a child, I wanted a miniature dollhouse and I finally decided to stop making excuses and do them.

The fairy cottage was originally going to be a little hut with two rooms, one on each floor of the house, but today I decided to add a little greenhouse/toolshed on the left side, and a cellar/pantry on the right. The bottom room is the kitchen/living area, and upstairs is the bedroom. The stairs curve around the outside of the house. Outside I'm gong to have a waterfall, a tree with a swing, and of course a garden :) I can hardly wait! I've been reading various miniature blogs for a few weeks now, and you all have given me so much inspiration!
